Alacrity

My bozo friend wanted me to ask if alacrity items stacked, such as equipping the arcane archer set and the quiver of alacrity. Would those work together? And are there any other items that give ranged alacrity?

Bonuses of the same type do not stack.

I don't remember which items that work for range have exactly what types of +ranged speed bonuses, but some do not stack with others. I think there are only 2 or 3 types of ranged speed modifier types.

Haste
Docent of Quickening 10%
Black Dragonhide 10%
Quiver of Alactity 10%
These are all the same bonus and will not stack.

The Arcane Archer set is a different bonus and will stack with ^those items.
