1 minute (with the Invisibility part being dispelled by the normal things that dispel it--attacking, doors, levers, etc).

    It lasts for 1 minute.

Actually the invisibility lasts for 1 minute or until you take an action that breaks invisibility like attacking.

The incorporal effect lasts for 1 minute.

No idea. Though just to make sure you realize it, you need to be able to cast spells to take Extend (so as a pure Monk I don't have access to it). Even if I could, I wouldn't bother. It's a particularly easy buff to keep up (since it's just a single button, not a combo).

yeah extend would be through 6 lvls of ranger (get access to it at 4 ranger when your spells kick in) possibly a Ninja Spy II Elven AA archer build it's mostly a flavor build and Ninja oriented so a caster level for a Shinobi mystical ninja flavor isn't out of the question either...

being ki based and a single button it;s very easy to keep up, and very good ability most i cna say is take enxtend and try it out extend woiudl still have soem use for you fro buffing rams might, once and forgeting it...
how ever you mentioned AA archer build wich to me sez bow and uncentered and NO ki at all soo you wont beable to shadow fade at all.
for a melle monk ki will nto be an issue, for an AA i dotn think you will beabel to use it at all unfortunutly soo takign extend for it would be a moot point really.

Good point about uncentered, the Elf AA part is very much just rolling the ball around, I am hoping they improve Zen Archery so it makes bows Ki weapons (seems like an oversight).. but I am leaning heavily towards a human 12/8 split or 12/7/1 with a wiz splash for one click self buffs extend and wand usage (though I'll get that with UMD too I suppose). So asking about extend is just exploring options.

I doubt extend will work on it, because you can activate this ability while madstone raged. The empty body effect cannot be activated while madstoned because it's registering as a spell, which madstone prevents.

****, oh well that does seem to imply no... My problem is I have a hell of a time keeping short duration buffs up... if they last less than 2 minutes or so I tend to end up running around without them for long chunks of time. Though if there's a visible effect on the character I'm much more likely to notice... does the incorporeal part have a blur like effect visible?

minor visable efect when your invis it fades you every so slightly once you atack and are just incorrp i dont think there is any viable efect left, I knwo i forget it at times my self to though it can be easy to tell when you hp start dropign faster then normal it;s prolyl down or you stop seieng incorporiam messages above you head, it realyl is a significant effect 25% less dmage is very noticable if you have agro.

There's no visual indication of being incorporeal and yeah, with all the buff icons going off the screen, bad BEFORE airship buffs and now just ridiculous with, it's pretty easy to not even know if you're incorporeal or not.

    no.

12 wizard/6 monk atm, with extend and shadow fade, and I can confirm that it does not extend.
It does stack with displace beautifully, and then you add in the cloak from mabar....
