    Default cancel subscription? how?

    i went to turbine and tried to cancel my monthly subscrip. im getting billed and dont play anymore. i cant find anywhere on the turbine/account page about canceling subscrip. can someone tell me how or post a link plz. thanks

    Simplest way is to contact your bank and cancel the direct debit, that way the next time Turbine try to take a monthly payment they'll be stopped and that's that. If you've tried to cancel it in the normal account page already I can't help on that side of things.

    If you're Free or Premium, there's nothing to cancel.

    If you're paying with Game Time Cards, there won't be a cancel button, you just have to stop adding them.

    If you've already canceled, the button to do so won't appear anymore.

    We are experiencing some display issues with the Account Management website, where the cancel button doesn't appear for some players. If you contact the Account Management department, they can take care of the cancellation for you.

    I'm new to this game and on discuss with my group about VIP subscription. What will happened with our account if we're not pay for VIP monthly fee anymore. Let's say can we back to F2P? Will we able to access 10 character slots? and can we create character with those class & race require payment?

    One more question, how can we becomes Premium account. Of course I'm old player ever bought an account box back in 2007 and abandon the game since then. When I coming back my account is Premium grant me to access 4 character slots but how can my friends becomes Premium like me?

    This chart includes number of character slots, etc.

    Anyone who has ever purchased a product key and added it to their account, or has paid subscription fees at any point, or has purchased points will have Premium status.
