    Angry game card fail!

    so i bought a game card last week, due to my last one expiring, and added it my account to gain my vip status again.
    at first nothing happen thinking to my self it would take some time for it to update like it says "please allow up to 1 hour for game card to take affect" i went to bed for the night.

    the next day i logged in. nothing had changed and i was still f2p. assuming that i may have entered my game card info wrong instead of it being turbine i tried to add the game card to my account again. but this time it tells me that the game card is already in use. it was at this time i sent in a ticket online about my account isses.

    it has now been 8 days since using that game card on my account and about 6 online tickets\emails. and i have still have not heard a single word from turbine about anything.

    at this point i am quite upset... you have my money. so let me play.

    And a one minute phone call would have settled the issue instantly. Call customer support and they'll fix it immediately.

    1 min phone call???? more like being on hold for almost an hour on a long distance call before i had to head to work. so still got nothing fixed.
