Using the online form to request for TP

From where I play, DDO simply doesnt want me to use my CC to buy TP. So I use this form:

Two weeks and still no reply. I have used this form before and it was a success. But now I'm not so sure.
So my problem is, how do I know if my transaction is just delayed or is not going to happen at all?

Can someone point me to a link that shows some sort of "status" of my request?
