What I love is that they do not attempt to do anything to make ya happy. Customer service is a joke it does not exist here at all. they take your money and YOU LOSE! sorry about your luck and hey don't worry we ARE NOT goin to try to make it up to ya, they just like to bend ya over a barrel.

Well not to rant but ....
This error message and complete kick out of log-in UI is pretty yuck too..
Reloading and making another attempt, even of a fast rig, is just a huge annoyance..

I shudder to think what those on slower machines have to do to wait for the sweet sweet chirp and error message.
it could atleast send you back to server select. 8(

Took me 15mins to get on. Heres a solution kick all the FTP players who are Cleric1/Sorc1/Bard1... you're doing us and them a favor

i run a preimuim (ie f2p account with real money bought TP points) account and a VIP account and i always log them in at the same time (you have to to be able to have the 2 instances up).

it amuses me how often the premium one gets on first while the VIP one has to sit there for a while trying.
