Is there any item i can keep after an adventure that offers greater or superior potency 8? Be it armor, clothing, weapon, epic, or an item touched by Chuck Norris, does one exist?

O well, i guess my only damage spell at that level is polar ray, and i can get the dragontouched, bracers and gloves for that (glacial assualt level3)

You can get Superior Glaciation VIII from the Glacial Assault set.

You get get +75% to damage for each elemental type from the Amrath belts. Each belt has three charges, each charge lasts 3 min. There's also an untyped damage booster belt clicky, but it only lasts 1 minute.

You can get potency 8 on dt's, but you'd still be better off with glacials or amrath clicky.
