Now that you have made my 20 Stalwart Defender feel completely inadequate . . . will you be posting any more of the build details, and maybe how you got those stats? I can't for the life of me figure out how you can get your so many stats over 30 all at once and well over it at that . . . . I would love to know what am i missing?

I don't see any gear thats particularly spectacular so I'm assuming they are cast-able effects and boosts??? How long can you actually sustain those stat levels in each pic?

Just in awe and would love to learn what I'm missing!

It's a ton of consumables and TR gear. Nothing special.

I certainly hope he's not wasting +3 tomes on his first TR. I'd wait until after the 2nd TR before considering consuming Tomes. As for Yugo pots, one would have to have bought a ton of them before TR'ing because you won't be buying anymore until your at least lvl17.

Oh and that's SD stance; DoS would only apply if he were a Pally.

TR'ed my Fighter, in his first life he was a Stalwart Defender, had 80+AC easily without yugo/store/collectible pots. Now I'm going Kensai for the fun of it.
Pretty fun, killing mobs quickly enough, but certainly not as solo-able what with my AC less then 40 without a shield. I'll probably go back to SD in my next life.

Oh, While I do have TWF with both Dwarven Axes and Khopeshes, there's no way I wouldn't use my Epic SoS for many situations which call for it.
Granted TWF+Khopeshes is allot more feat heavy then THF.

To everyone else hating in this thread, I stopped hating on Dave a long time ago when he refused to post breakdowns of his numbers. It was obvious he was pumping stats with a bunch of temporary unsustainable buffs. Thats cool if thats what he enjoys doing I'm not going to hate on him for it.

This doesnt mean him and I havent bumped heads for other reasons, but if he enjoys making threads like this, more power to him.

I'm not saying anything un-nice and this is not about a AC breakdown ( which you have posted) - you were asked politely to breakdown your stats thats all.

I am particuarly interested in seeing the 37 Str at lvl 1 for example.

I assume also that you would have planned this build to cap so I am also just wondering why you cant share this information yet.

The screenies look impressive I just would like to see how you break things down, now that you have shown them off effectively as well as the build.

So it's not about not being nice it's about you providing the information to validate the numbers you are proud off in the screenies - in particular the stats.

if you have the gear, pots, and buffs, you can get really high by 12th....but you do need the gear.

the buffs, self or put on you are a big help...
I never do the ship buffs and the house d stuff, but that really can add up too...

Even with just 'some gear' you can get to the 70s at level 12 as a stalwart...

however.....there are only slow move ups from there....but a fun immovable tank at 12 for sure..

It's not that hard to figure out a theoretical 37. You might have been able to get higher before the change to +2 Tomes, but if that happened before TR was released, then never mind. Anyways, at least one way to do it is:

18 Base
02 Bound Str item
02 Yugoloth potion
04 Hezrou Cookie
04 Titan Cookie
03 House D pot
02 Store pot
02 Rage spell

With ship buffs, you can get even higher, but the concept is the same either way. (Edit: although actually, the cookie values may not be correct, but I seem to recall that they were +4 each...anyways, you get the idea.)
