Leveling Question

Good Morning Thelanis,

I have a rogue that I've been leveling. Currently he is @ 8 and I can level him to 9 right now. I have two ranks to 10. Once I hit the other two ranks I need will I be able to level him to 10 or is there a cap that won't let me do that.

once you reach 1xp befor 2 levels over your current level, you stop gaining xp

so, when youre lvl8, you gain xp till 1xp befor 10

You can "bank" the levels until you hit the cap, then go hit level 9 and be 1 xp from 10. I know a lot of people who do this in order to keep from outrunning level range of quests they have not completed so they dont take xp hits for being over-level. Or to keep themselves within level range of freinds who are leveling up.
