Old Character Deletion?

Hey,

I used to play DDO a few years ago and was looking to get back in to it casually, but i can't seem to find any of my old characters? Are these deleted after a certain amount of time, will i have to start from scratch?

No, they don't delete them.
Make sure you're on the right account and right server.
If you've checked them all and nothing, then it's likely you or someone who had your password deleted them.

hi bout 2 weeks ago i recieved an email saying codemasters was ending ddo, and that i could have my charectors switched over to DDOeu, i logged in to Codemasters and ticked the box.

Both this account and my old CM account, use same email address, have the charectors been copied over, as i read it was 19/20th, I have been checking forums regulary for information, but i just cant find any information on if the process has been completed? i have checked every server, to which i have no charectors, nor 5000 point that where offered upon return..

Which server do the accounts get copied to, or are the stuck in limbo until i choose a server, realyl am a bit lost, and worried that my char not made it. I never shared my account details with any1, so i dont believe they would have been deleated.

they will go to ghallanda but only when they start the transfer as it hasnt yet. it will take several more weeks for it to be complete. you will get an email then
