    Exclamation still didn't receive VIP access

    I added a game card 3 days ago,no game time added
    I've submitted a ticket,no response.
    It seems you are working less hard

    Come on,guys,please resolve it

    They'll get your points to you. You sent an email now just wait. It's no mystery how long the wait time is, and it's no mystery that they can't and won't help you with points on the forum.
