Combat Log Not Working

A few months ago, I deleted the Combat tab from my chat window and then re-added it some time later. I selected "Combat" as the incoming text type, but it still won't display any combat information.

In-game support told me they are not equipped to handle this, so I submitted a ticket through the support site. Since none of the "Ticket Type" selections have anything to do with in-game features, I'm doubtful I'll get the assistance I'm looking for there either.

Anyone seen this before or know how to fix it?

Upon further pondering... How is this not an in-game support issue? What on earth is account support going to do to help with my combat log tab not working correctly?

I wonder if I'll get infraction points for opening another ticket for this in-game...

So, the account support team emailed me first thing yesterday with a solution to my problem- which worked:

In the in-game Options menu under "UI Settings" click to enable the "Reset Chat Display" option.


Now, I'm going to "Open mouth/insert foot". I still think in-game support could have told me this, but Turbine made good. Thanks guys!
