sorry to ask, but what do those scrolls do? are they rare spells that wizards can inscribe?

to upgrade a item to epic u need the item a scrol seal and shard of the item scrols drop from monsters on epic dificulty but only avtg 1 per 100 monsters killed seals are found in chests on epic and shards are found in end chests

once u upgrade a item to epic it get new powers and is lvl 20 item and bound to character check out user written stategy guides for the static reward and loot list under crafted items there are the upgraded epic versions of item listed
