WF Sorc and Wiz

I've been combing the Warforged, Sorcerer and Wizard forums for days and I can't seem to figure out what makes a WF such a caster power house. Is it just because of the repair spells?

Also are there builds for such classes, because I can't seem to find any.

Yup repair spells and highest HP potential (well tied with dwarves) make them the most survivable casters

Warforged wizards are reasonable builds in more than one way.

When dealing with WF sorcerers, on the other hand, it really is all about the repair spells, as a WF sorc is otherwise at a distinct disadvantage with regard to charisma, which starts out at a lowly 6 points. If you take away the repair spells, you get something much like a dwarf, and tell me, where are all the dwarf sorcerers? There aren't any, because like the WF their charisma is at a disadvantage.
