    Never real had any major problems with my account, but did not receive my June TP's for VIP. Submitted a ticket a week ago, haven't even got the ol' automated "thanks for your patience" notification.

    Am I missing something (other than my TP's)?

    Email turn around for the Account Management department is about 1.5 weeks right now. We answer all the emails in the order we receive them, and we are working to improve that turn around time. We'll send an answer as soon as we get to your inquiry in the queue.
