    Default Why such a long waiting period?

    I recently bought a GameTime Code from PaybyCash. When I sent them the money, the result was almost instant. I was told that there should be an option to enter my GameTime Code on myaccount.turbine.com. There was not an option to do so. I searched around the forums and found a phone number and an e-mail that I could use. I called the number and after several minutes of waiting for which I was paying for- I gave up. I sent an E-mail on Monday and now it's Thursday. When am I going to get a response? This is ridiculous.

    your not the only one with a problem. there doing this to pretty much all of us. look at the next 2 or 3 threads below yours.

    I am sorry that we're not able to respond faster at this time, or even answer the phones.

    There is a sticky post up about the phones - they're currently down for emergency maintenance since they were dropping calls.

    Account Management web form (email) turn around is currently about 1.5 weeks, due to the number of inquiries in the queue. We're working to improve that turn around, especial now while the phones aren't open.

    The forums are not a venue for official support; we can't assist with account specific questions here. We do provide answers as best we can, if another player doesn't get there first.

    So your suggesting that it takes 80-90 hours to get back to my e-mail? That's really sad. It's been like this for a while with such a long waiting period and your going to get customers that get mad like me and leave. You guys say your working on improving times in terms of customer service, but when I sent an account management e-mail it said that the reply would come back in 3-5 business days. Now your suggesting that the reply is coming back in 10-12 days??
    Sad, even with all the newcomers, it shouldn't take that long.

    Yes, I'm trolling. Don't like it? Improve your customer service.

    No, they're not dropping calls, I just keep unplugging the phone line when its about to get good.
