So... 1/2 price warforge was in the DDO store today. I don't know what happenned... I openned the DDO store, blacked out, and when I came to I had a lvl 4 WF sorceror. True story.

Now that I've started playing him, however, my guildies are getting on me because I already have a lvl 8 drow sorc. For appearance I hate the drow, but I'm one of those who can't ignore a decent advantage, and compared to a human sorc (16 con), a drow sorc loses 20 HP at max level for a DC advantage and some extra SP, which sounded like a good deal for a sorc... shouldn't be in melee anyways right? ... Ideally. When you have a tank. And the terrain is good enough for you to maintain Line of Sight.

It's 7 am and I haven't slept yet, this will be scattered. Perhaps the shorter I make it the better.

The underlying question I have here is this: About how much SP will the -4 CHA take away from me endgame, and how important is that -2 spell DC? I mean, can you reasonably avoid spells that have DC's and still pwnface as a WF? Or will it even matter enough to have to avoid spells with DCs?

Basically, am I gimping myself by playing a WF sorc /endgame/ and /in a group/? I realize they can solo better (or so I've been told), but... who wants to solo in a game with so many... ... uhh... "interesting" people to meet?

... Interesting... yeah... BED!
