Dude- I used to live above Dirty Frank's in Center City and it was INSANE when the Phils won the World Series. Don't know if you're in Center City or not, but I've got some crazy videos.

Small world. I lived at 11th and Spruce likewise. Hit Dirty Franks on Friday nights or if it was too crowded, McGlinchee's (?) for the nickel hotdogs and $1 Lager pitchers. Thats was back in the 80's, but I miss the old neighborhood.

They did everything to stir trouble.
There was a Chicago reporter walking around the toughest neighborhoods in South Philly with a Blackhawks Jersey stopping people and expressing her thoughts on who would win.
I'm proud to say she was met with polite disagreement.
Then she said she got the feeling of she wasn't a women there would have been trouble.

Living above Frank's isn't that bad. The juke is great, it's just the a-holes who yell and scream on the streets past closing time that made me want to shoot myself. Or them.
