    I recently bought a GameTime Code(to go from Premium to VIP) from PayByCash.

    I am unable to redeem this code due to the fact that there is no option on the "MyAccount" section of this website.
    I clicked on the link "Get Unlimited Access" and this prompted me to enter my Credit Card information.
    I know that you can't help me on these forums.
    But...I have sent several e-mails to Turbine and that is why I am posting on these forums.
    I am able to send you guys the Code so that you can redeem it or whatever it takes.
    Any help at all would be appreciated.

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. You may wish to read the sticky post regarding Game Time Cards here.

    As you have already submitted a ticket, they will be getting back to you as fast as they can. Account Management turnaround is less than a week at this time. If you did not provide the code for the Game Time Card in your previously sent email, then you may wish to submit a new ticket providing the code. Without the code the Account Management Department will be unable to assist.

    You may also wish to contact the Account Management Department via phone at the number provided in my signature. Be sure to have the Game Time Card available when you call.
