The highest level scroll you can buy is Heal. You can also buy Mass Cure Mod scrolls if you're looking for mass curing. With wands the highest you can buy is Cure Serious. These can all be purchased in House J.

You can also find Mass Heal and Mass Cure Crit scrolls as well as Cure Crit wands from the AH or find them as drops in level appropriate chests.
