I´m using a Dwarf and these stats.
Are Cha/Str/Dex useful at higher lvls?
Should I change some stats or are they good?
I want to be as good as possible on heals.
Str: 12
Dex: 12
Con: 16
Int: 8
Wis: 18
Cha: 8
Thanks for all advice.

I'd be inclined to dump dex down at least to 10, perhaps 8, and put those build points into strength. Otherwise, it looks like a cleric build to me
My initial stats on YohGee were:
Str 14
Dex 8
Con 16
Int 10
Wis 18
Cha 8
It really depends on your build.
If your target is healing, then feats are way more important than starting abilities; however:
- don't dump Constitution: it's a common mistake and dead clerics are no good;
- keep your Wisdom at decent levels: WIS affects how effective your offensive spells are and - trust me- from time to time you will need to get nasty *grins*.
As for feats, in order to deliver reliable healing, you will need:
- Quicken: it's important especially if you plan to heal raid-parties; I'd take it before starting to raid (usually at lvl 12 or 15);
- one or more of the following (all three are an overkill, imo): Maximize, Empower, Empower Healing.
On Thelanis: Hallelujah (EK wraith) - Jerryrigged Juggernaut (Fiend Warlock) - Sepulchral (Druid) - Chopchopchop (Monk) - Alleyshadow (retired gimped monkcher). Formerly on Keeper : Misericordia (Thug) - Mumbo Jumbo (Battle Caster) - Infernal Can (WF Kinda Cleric) - Halleluyah (Melee Spellsinger).
