Greater Reincarnation does not always work

I paid for the heart and used it but my character named Baltric El-Mar a 17th level cleric can not complete the process. When I get to the end it tells me the name is unacceptable.

I have reported it as a bug and been told by a GM they can do nothing about it. Just a heads up for the rest of you.

For some stupid reason special charaters in a name cause problems see if you cant get them to change your name and argue for a free change since its a problem on their end.

Send a ticket to an in-game GM and ask for your name either to be changed (if it's the first name) or removed if it's the last name.

Special characters can be anything other than the typical alphabet such as comma's, hyphens, apostrophe's etc.
