    Default Rolling for raid loot

Here is a little request. When someone doesn't need an item they scored in a raid chest and puts it up for roll for people that want it, please don't roll for "fun".

Many times the person who rolled the second highest then leaves the quest thinking they lost. Then the hilarious player who won the roll says "Nah I don't need it I just rolled for fun". So they guy who left now missed out on the item he needed and the fun loving player gets an item he doesn't need.

Don't leave the quest before all loot is out of the chest, even if you aren't rolling on something. Occassionally something gets misassigned and if you have left, a party member loses out because you couldn't wait that extra 60 seconds.

    There we go, problem solved.

I agree, If there is somoething you really want. Make sure it has been designated and looted before leaving. On a side note, Don't leave a quest until you are certain it is a complete wipe. I for one have a brother who has done this on a few occasions. Believe it or not, if you are running the hound, and people start dying, some of us might still be able to pull it off. Don't throw your hat in to soon, you might miss pulling something you want or someone else needs.

The rolling for fun is kinda silly. THough a lot of times you see 2 items put up for roll and a person rolls poorly..then rolls again claiming that the "good roll" was for the "good item"

    EXAMPLE

    Demon Queen

    Storm and a Torc drop

Both get put up for roll.

    Player "A" rolls a "39"
    Player "B" rolls a "55"

Player "A" then says "OMG Torc up for Roll...I will roll for that!"
Player "A" then rolls again and gets a "79"

Now it does not take a rocket scientist to realize Player "B" got Bamboozled.

So It is sometimes nice to have people roll a "D 65" or something like that to prevent such "confusion".

I completely agree. If your a wizard, you don't need Levik's Bracers. Simple as that. And yes, a complete wipe is when everyone dies. I've had four people finish off the VOD Boss when it was at 10%.

Why not? On my Fvs i use bracers as a str slot. I basically only need str to carry around stuff, i'm already always at medium load as it is (halflings have 3/4 carrying capacity afaik). Levik's bracers will be an additional healing amp of 20%.
A wiz could easily be in the same situation if he doesn't want the bracers of the glacier.
