True Reincarnation Problem. (Also submitted in tech support)

I have taken screenshots of my TR processs, sorry for the poor pictures, I am not very good at it.

After the 'Customize Path' option, it seems to bug.. goes straight to the 'Appearance' (look) which is completely blank. I cannot select allignment or advance any further with the TR process.





I have spoken with several Senior/Game Masters and they cannot help. Submitted a ticket to tech support, hopefully they can sort out the problem.

Has anyone else experienced a problem like this?
