    Default Account Support Connection Issues

    We do apologize, but we're currently experiencing some connection issues. This caused our phones to be down this morning until about 12:30 pm Eastern. This also means that we're currently unable to review accounts or make changes to them. We are working to resolve this as fast as possible, but don't have a current estimated up time. I'll post when everything is running normally.

    As soon as we chase the beholders back into the flooded sewer, so they stop eating our hamsters, we'll get replacement hamsters and get the "power" back up and running.

    Things appear to be back up again and working. They have been for a while, but I wanted to be sure they'd stay that way before posting again.

    The beholders have been banished again, and new, sturdier armored hamsters bribed.
