    Angry No Pax power point for peoples, living in europa?

    Today through Sunday, March 28, 2010, DDO players will get a total of 6900 points in the $49.99 bundle! That’s a lot of points (and our best point-to-dollar ratio ever!). Don’t thank us. Thank PAX! Okay, you can thank us, too. Now go play.

    Im live in europe region, and cannot buy powerpoint directly (when im use my visa - get "unautorized region" error. For buying points need write to support for manual buying). Im wrote to support about Pax Power Point 1.5 day ago.. but no get any reaction. Action end very soon, and look like no PAX bonus points for me... Any cause to screw me, as second-class european player?

    While we don't officially support Europe, we are happy to assist players living there. If you send an email while a promotion is available, then we will be happy to assist you with that promotion, even if it isn't available when we answer. More specifically, as long as we receive an email inquiry about the PAX bonus points on or before 3/28/2010, we can assist with the bonus points.

    We do have a lot of emails from this weekend and all of the PAX sales, and we're answering them as fast as we can, in the order we received them.

    The sixth day has begun. Amazing quickness, nothing happens again. It is pleasant to understand that else there were the organisations which so have been not interested in my money.

    We received a very large amount of inquiries about this very popular sale. We're still working through emails from the end of last week, and we're answering them all in the order they were received. Please note that sending duplicate emails actually slows down the process for everyone, as we have to review all emails. I can assure you that if you sent your email while the 6900 total points purchase was available due to the PAX bonus, the Account Management department will be able to assist you with that bundle.

    Anniversary. There has passed week from sending e-mail. Unforgettable sensations. Still anybody so long did not refuse my money.
    Probably in support there is a long, difficult process of extraction of points from mine. Or laborious process of manual manufacturing of these points. In breaks between intense work there is inevitable, but the extremely thoughtful studying of the sent e-mails. It is pleasant to realise that my demand in reliable, bent by a gout and rheumatism, senile hands of support.
