New Features
In addition to new content and items we are also working on some exciting new features for DDO. The team is currently busy working on some great additions to the guild system that will let guild members work together to earn valuable rewards and rival guilds compete for status on each server. One of the biggest rewards players will work towards is access to an all new guild housing system, which we are implementing in a cool and unique way. Suffice it to say, we think you will really want to be part of a guild that has earned access to this feature! I can’t say much more about it now, but look for more details in the coming weeks.

Am simple... I would like a hat rack for my crown - does wear heavily sometimes... but mostly wish a sauna and a pool... oh yes and a portraits of friends, Aussiee, Arkat... **** these walls are full... and oh yes even Hordo ... although it may be hanging too close to the dart board.

look i dont think of the announcement as us vs you but more likely a benchmark system where as my new shiny 2 min old guild will show that.

and your 3 yr old established guild that activly runs togeather will be much more attractive. no more will noobs have to pick a guild at random blindly accepting an invite not knowing what their getting into. many recruit em all guilds hit 100+ members and disband. why because they have no idea what a guild really is.

I think it would be more of an incentive to get more Guild Favor - to get that picture of you OFF the wall!

Hopefully, it is just a grind for a better location, name on the door type of thing.

I would think with Turbine's new found income stream all features - Guild bank, AH and Mailbox in your pad maybe, would be available on the Turbine Store anyway!

Didn't you hear Tolero and all the other Turbine employees are all driving Beemers and Caddies now (and wearing real versions of those hats they are selling on the store)...

Either way they impliment it, changes to guilds should be alot better than what currently exists.

It would be nice if you could assign ranks and titles, give responsabilities, have security features in the guild house, upgrades to it and so on.

Gain favor to NOT have Hordo pictures plastering your Guild Halls!
Gain favor or your guildies will suffer from Horditis and thereby spontaneously die 3/quest!
Gain favor or your favorite toon will be running around...with their head magically enchanted to look just like Hordo's!
