Okay, so we keep trying to do top 20 lists and all that, which don't usually work out too well. So let's try something new.

Rules:

1. "Drama" is open-ended. From the rant to the apology to the guild bashing to the straw man to the waambulance... they all count in their own way.
2. To make the list, a thread must be nominated by one person and confirmed by another
3. Any poster may nominate and/or confirm any number of threads
4. Nominated threads need not be currently active (locked threads are ok)
5. A poster may not nominate or confirm his/her own thread
6. Feel free to include a story or something about the thread
7. Confirmed nominations will be listed in alphabetical order by thread name

In case some have forgotten, the "List of 40 solid melee" has some tasty drama in the middle of the sandwich. MF wasn't the first one to seagull post that thing... anyone remember Kahoun?

MAJOR issue with the premise in the OP.

Unlike other servers, a quality Khyber thread does not just get locked...it gets obliterated by the fine purveyors of ludicrous pointage and lost if not preserved for posterity in the other forum.

Thus, we really can't link the really good ones as they have been used as suppositories by the draconian overlords of the forum.

Love the idea...but just saying the real juicy stuff has been lost in a drama cleansing enema.

I'd like to compare DDO drama to drama found elsewhere on the internet where things are less moderated. The comparison will involve white rappers.


Sites like 4 chan and Sherdogs off topic forum for example can be referred to as Eminem.

Kyber drama contains all the other wannabe white rappers that emerged after him, occasionally you have an uprising like Devlin but for most many will have no idea who they are and will not care. Calling someone a newb and quoting their join date against them is considered a valid argument by many on this forum, this is not tolerated elsewhere on the internet. Big news like EBM was not even mentioned on DDO, everywhere else went wild.


Its not real drama, it cannot be classified as real drama.


Hopefully this may rile some feathers and I might take an interest in one of these threads.
