Buying Dwarven Axe & Longbow

+5 Flaming Burst Longbow of Pure Good
(apparently the axe is non-existent)

I am not 100% certain but I am pretty sure that Banishing does not come on a slashing weapon only pierce/blunt.

Can anyone else confirm this, I don't want to give wrong info but I believe I ran into the same thing a long time ago.

Keep in mind banishing goes off on crits (not just natural 20's, but anything in the weapons crit range) so find a weapon with the highest crit range for banishing. Generally, blunt weapons suck at this, piercing offers the best critting.

Only slashing Banisher in game right now is the longsword from the Abbot raid.

Cannot get Acid "BURST" on a weapon save for the Iron Cleaver or Dragon Sword of Acid unless you make a Mineral Bow in the shroud. If you're going that way, a Lightning 2 bow will typically output more damage as long as you are using the correct (silver or cold iron) arrow to bypass most of the DR in game.

Eventually I'll craft GS longbow, but for now it is as eventual as it may possibly be Too bad there is no Acid Burst, but oh well. Thanks for the heads up.
