    If what you are looking fo is haste/melee you may want to at least consider a 12ftr/8brd warchanter

    Edit: To put it another way, what (besides haste, specifically) are you gaining from dropping the last 8 levels of fighter? Your wisdom is too low for a monk AC boost, evasion will only work while you are unarmored, you are not going to be a very effective wizard beyond haste and maybe a couple other buffs (And, of course, casting said buffs will require you to be unarmored... But without a monk wis boost to AC)

    I can't grab monk and go bard, and I really wanted monk for this build.

    I won't be wearing any armor as I'm warforged and didn't take the feat for any armor so that's not a problem. I'll have evasion and the monk wisdom bonus (the bonus isn't much but whatever).

    Well, if that's what you want then, ok, but you may want to at least consider kama mastery instead of scimitar, as then you would be centered and be able to use ki strikes.

    You seem to be overestimating the value of level 6 Wizard spellcasting. Even though you're Warforged you can't self-heal in a useful way. One level of Rogue would provide better self-healing via UMD training.

    As for casting Haste... other characters can do it for you, and they'll do it much better. If you want some short Hastes, then you can get magic items for that, particularly Air2 clickies from Shroud.

    Monk3 would be nicer, as you'd get Positive strike and the ability to cast handy buffs on teammates. To do that, you'd put the Kensei specialization into unarmed strikes.

    I like scimitars due to the large crit range and with the amount of + to confirming crits. I like the monk for evasion and the two feats. I like the wizard for the self hasting and minor buffs (heroism, displacement, blur, resists, etc) that I can cast all myself.

    I don't mind not being centered after level 10ish. I'll be going weapon focus unarmed until then and will switch out the feat for slashing right before I grab Kensei I. I'll be centered until then using unarmed mastery.

    The buffs will last for 12 minutes, except for haste and displacement, which is fine. They are all self casting so I'm not gonna really care having to cast it frequently, especially with quicken.


    I probably made a mistake going Warforged though. If I want to get healed I'd be better off going Elf and grabbing the enhancements that go along with them to get more scimitar love. What do you think about that change?
