Default Bard 16/Fighter 4 build questions

I was looking at making a bard/fighter. Going fighter 4 so I can get the specialization. I did put a build together, and I was wondering if you, the community could help me tweak it, or tell me if its workable.

The idea is a halfling wielding 2 rapiers, sort of like a swashbuckler. I would like to be able to solo well, but still be useful to groups.

Edit: I changed the str around, and now looking I think I could drop wpn finesse as my str is much higher this way. Hows this look?

    - For dual-wielding rapiers, I think elf or drow makes more sense, for the rapier racial bonuses and no STR penalty, though the CON penalty is a bummer. If you still plan to stick with halfling, then at least pick up some extra flanking enhancements.
    - Definitely bump your CON up another 2 pts; I would sacrifice WIS and maybe INT. If you think your Will saves are too low, you can pick up Force of Personality.
    - Consider fighter 6 / bard 14 instead: you give up lvl 6 spells and Inspire Heroics, but gain Kensai I and a second Fighter STR II.
    - You don't appear to have chosen a bard PrE. Warchanter is the obvious choice, for which all you need is Power Attack (and Weapon Focus, but you're already taking that). You want PA regardless, especially as a Finesse build: sometimes you just need to hit things as hard as possible.
    - You also appear to have put all your level-up points into CHA. My advice: don't bother. High CHA really only helps if you are a CC-focused bard who needs to max their spell & Fascinate DCs, IMHO; this build won't be CC-focused. I would put those points into DEX or maybe STR.

Yep no need for a 20 CHA when you are multi-classing your bard, your spell DC's will not be high enough to be effective (however your fascinate will land even with a low CHA just keep that perform skill up) Level up's to STR, maybe a lower starting DEX and use a two hander (like carnifex) for a few levels until you can get a tome to raise the Dex for two weapon fighting feats, this would give you extend earlier which is also nice.

I recommend staying with 16 Bard, while you can make an offensive machine by the time you start raiding you will wish you had inspire heroics.

Thanks to both of you. I'm working on tweaking it now, and hope to edit/re-post the build when I'm done. I really just want to be able to solo well, and have the main group utilities. Again thanks. Ill post it up again when I'm done.
