    Default docent of defiance questions

What is the chance it procs cripple & DR20/-? How long does it last?

I assume cripple is -50% movement speed. If I use defender of siberys stance (-75% movement speed) with it, do I basically have no movement speed?

Does the DR20/- stack with active shield block?

i think the proc rate is around 2-3% (based on my own observation on my wf bard).
the cripple is more like 85% movement speed reduction. you are really slooooooow but can tumble exploit it.
the dr counts as passive dr and so stacks with blocking dr.

    Everything blitz said and....

It lasts somewhere in the 30 seconds to a minute range. My buddy had the pleasure of pulling this (and the **** Devouts, lucky bastard) a while back and has had it proc several times on him and I never thought to ask him what the timer on it was. I'll have to borrow it from him and try it with the defender stance from fighter and see if these two movements are additive. Well, that is unless someone beats me to it with some previous knowledge. You pretty much already have no movement speed from the DoD proccing as it is (85-90% penalty). His monk goes to almost no movement, so I can imagine how slow a non-monk would be.

It lasts 20 seconds if I recall correctly. The proc rate is at least 10%, as it basically lasts indefinitly in boss fights.

20 seconds is correct. If you're getting hit a lot, those 20 seconds can stretch out a very long time, as the timer can be reset at any point in the countdown.

Movement speed feels like it's in the 1% to 5% range... if you don't have tumble, you ain't going anywhere. Unless you have Fly, that is.

Nope - once the DR 20/- goes away, so does the crippling affect. And vice versa...
