they r min lvl 12 rr halfling. heard they are valuable but am not sure wat a fair price is, so please tell me cuz i wanna sell em.

Probably not worth as much as anyother alignment(Holy/Anarchic) or elemental(Force/Shocking Burst) Wieghted 5%, with the Risia rituals still in effect.

Ie; I have +1 Icy Burst Handwraps of Weighted 5% Ml: 8 RR Halfling(UMD 18) because I put the rituals on it. They can be used four levels prior and are tradable.

Regardless, they are still valuable to the right person and the Risia rituals will only be around for so long. I would say 300-500k gold.
