Nope.

And I'm ok with that. Because when I was a new player I had to push my BtA uphill both ways to skill in bare feet through 10ft high snow.

Oh wait, BtA is new...and a huge improvement over the only option we used to have, BtA. I'm ok with this being a VIP perk or a sales item for Turbine. I just wish they would move more from BtC to BtA, especially in light of what TR is doing to the game.

Yep, sadly it's a way for Turbine to make a lot of money since anyone playing enough will want it. Why put some dev time into making mail work with BtA items when you can instead get cash by selling an expensive shared bank?

Yes only via the Shared Bank, was one of the reasons I went for it early on in my premium purchases.

Turbine are good at making you feel you need to spend TP and thus points

Noone can blame Turbine for their desire to make more money. They are not a charity organisation, are they?

However I feel a little disappointed, because I appreciated their policy of making Adventure Packs the only mandatory item in the Store (after sigils were removed).

Well the server can detect it's your character so I can't see why it can't be mailed, that is my only issue with it all.
