would someone please help me with what a +3 lesser heart of wood or whatever it is?

Lesser Reincarnation allows you to start back at level 1 and resets your stats, skills, etc., but keeps your race, gender, and alignment the same. You take all your levels (up to the level you were at when you Reincarnated) on a special airship. The +1 and +3 varieties allow you to switch 1 or 3 levels for different classes.

You need the +3 Lesser Heart of Wood to initiate the process. Take it to an NPC called Kruz in House J to use it.
