    No point in trying to sell this one. You can always get it from the turn-in next to that quest, Spawn of Whisperdoom. If you want to make some coin, try selling items that have a droprate of less than 100%.

    Unless they changed something, it doesn't have a drop rate of 100%. The item is always there, yes, but the chances of getting the item in the turn in were changed long ago (and I don't remember reading a release note that they changed it again)
