Lvl 10 Wizard Question

I am about to lvl to 11 and am becoming frustrated by the lack of rogues on my server. I am pure right now and had intended on remaining so, but having to wait long times for a trap monkey is annoying. Would I be smart to take a lvl of rogue now, or do you think it is to late?

It is too late. You should never multiclass a character if you didn't plan to when you created the character.

I think you'd be smart to start a new WF Wizzy taking rogue at level 1. This way you can compare and contrast the pure wizard with the capstone and the multiclass wizard without it.

Presuming you manage to get the pure wizard to cap once you start playing a wizzie rogue.

It's late to take a rogue level. You will miss out on a ton of bonus skill points and will have difficulty getting your search and disable high enough to be effective.

Why are you waiting for a rogue? What quest are you repeating that requires one? I've reached cap on multiple toons, reincarnated one, and have been playing since launch. There are VERY few quests that cannot be done without a rogue. Just cast some resists and run through that trap!
