Does the crit % and damage increase for the lore items (such as a Fire Lore Scepter) stack with the enhancements?

Also, a sort of follow-up question is, are there any multi-element lore items out there (such as fire/ice lore)?

multilore doesnt exist, but theres arcane lore which is for all spells. that cant be found on random loot though, only on turn-in or raid items like greenblade, blue dragonscale armor, skiver, noxious ember, elvencraft armor and the tod set boni
