You know I actually know why they decline rangers. In my experience leveling I have ran into alot of rangers using bows and running like chicken away from the group when they get agro!
If you want agro take it like a man stop running away, I won't chaise you to kill him off you. For me its quite annoying and they don't kill much, cause they are too busy running So its the newer player giving a bad name to rangers. If you have played for 15 levels and only ran into this of course you wont take any of them at high level. But this is where they are mistaking. Most of the tempest vets are level 17+ and this is where you can see the diference.

WUSS! It's only cold if you think it is. They make these things called "warm clothes" and "heaters" to take whatever nip is still present after you chug that shot of Schnapps or Aftershock!

You did that to sneak into groups and see how much sh!t we were talking about you when you're not in group.

Also, there aren't enough warm clothes on the planet to keep me warm were you live. So I will digress and be the wuss that I am. I know my limitations. Cold is one of them. I need a climate that I can wear shorts and a tank top year round. A place were a nice cold beer is quenching not warmer than the air itself.

With nothing but ranged toons Aussiee, I cant agree with you more. Getting into Shrouds used to be easy with ANY of my toons !

I know what I am doing ..... when I pull aggro I know not to run and if I am running I know to run BACK to the group NOT away.

However with all the new " I don't know what I am doing BUT I have a bow" toons out there, I understand someone that does not know me declining me into their party.

Never before have I had to fill out a resume to get into a Shroud, but now it seems that it is pretty much standard.

I do however let everyone know when I join a RAID group that in fact I am a ranged specced toon BUT that I have been playing since day 1 and I know what I am doing.

I have only ever been removed once ..... and it was cause they already had one ranged toon to babysit !!

I have NO problems with that ... I was up front with the Party Leader .. and she in turn was upfront with me !!

Time in this game can be WAY more benificial than toons XP anyday !

My new goal is to get these new masses of Ranged specced toons to re-roll to somthing they can play so I can get my 11 toons back into Shrouds an the first join attempt !!

Do you also realize that she was about to hit Accept until he started with the really hateful stuff, which is conveniently missing from his screen due to his logging off and back in...as you can readily see in the chat box?

If that's the case and she was going to accept then I retract my statement. I have no reason not to belive you as you have always called it as it is.

As many times as I've been declined . I don't make harsh comments to the leader. I may state my resume and let them know they missed out on having a descent DPS toon, but I wouldn't be a sh!it, or talk sh!t to the leader.

How i introduced myself? Where do you see me introducing myself. And to my understanding, i was just bad timing... you were already on the phone, talking about non-ddo realated stuff, i highly doubt this incident "Promted" a phone call to work.

She was about to hit accept? I said nothing to her from the time i hit join, to the time she declined.

Hordo, really, are you serious? How about you get some facts straight before you start making fasle acusations.
I understand our guilds have an alliance, i love playing with you and your guildies, but was this nessacary to be blown up like this?

You would think that before comming to my guild leader to have him talk to me, you would alteast know what happened, and have the right facts. And quite frankly, i don't know why you came up on the defensive in this thread. This thread is about the hatred/discrimination/ignorance of rangers, and this situation is a perfect example. I posted to share my experience. There was no reason to come here and start a fuss, no one knew any of the people involved, they knew nothing about loreseekers, or Disposable heroes, or anything. I know exactly what happened, at what time of day, and in what order. Had you simply asked to join the party you would have been welcome, but instead you decided to hurl sarcasm, and then after that was rebuffed derision and have the temerity to think you would have been accepted at that point?

This is some of the most dishonest drivel I've read since some of the anti-f2p threads.
I do believe that my reputation, which is now at stake, certainly does have the weight of credibility. Protest all you wish, I stand by the facts of the incident which are a series of several tells of an abusive nature which prompted quite a bit of fuss among the officers who were online at the time.

You had not even posted the screenshot at the time I contacted Flint via facebook. That came a few minutes later. I would've done so earlier but I had to wait for the other computer at work to boot.

Seeing your attitude, I can see that I cannot expect any sort of apology, no matter how half-hearted and that is sad. I have had no prior problems with you and was astonished, and actually didn't believe my own wife when she told me it was you who was harassing her. I can only feel profound disappointment in you at this time.

Look back at the screen shot. If the so called ranger hate is the LFM right above his. Well do rangers ("exploiter builds") have Intimidate? Cause if not then that party wasn't looking for said player... BOTH Classes Listed have Intimidate as a class skill. Sorry it does not pertain to this thread.

Sweyn this is not worth losing the ability to run with one of the largest guilds on Khyber over. Please drop it.
