How may AH listings can one have at once?

I play F2P on Cannith, and so far I bought only two adventure packages -- Catacombs and, couple days ago, Seal of Shan-to-Kor. After buying Catacombs I noticed that number of my character slots changed from 2 to 4. Today I placed Bolts of Human Bane on auction, then changed my mind -- decided to place Wand of Dispel Magic instead. "Cancel" button was greyed out for some reason, so I tried simply to post Wand of Dispel Magic, expecting posting will either fail or will replace Bolts of Human Bane. Instead I saw two postings. I put third one on (857 YK Tome), and it is there too. Does this mean that as you buy packages, various VIP functions open up, or does it have to do with accumulated favors, or what? And how many listings can I have at once?

If you buy any adv package you become a premium player.
