Old accounts, trial accounts ?

What about them?
I'm not sure where to post this...
I've played DDO a long, long time ago, i had a trial account. I'd like to know if it's possible to play on my old characters there? Actually it was so long ago that i'm not sure if i had just a trial account or did i pay for the game >.> i know that i've played it for some time and liked it. I just can't remember the account name and password, so i want to know if i should keep looking or just let it go ?

The account will still be in the system, and the Account Management department can help you find it. If it was a paid subscription, where you purchased a game, or paid for at least a month of play time then the characters will still be there.

However, if it was just a trial created before the server merge in August of 2007, the characters may have been released to free the names.
