DDO Turbine Points Payment with Debit!

Hey, I've been trying to buy Turbine points with my PayPal account, but it won't let me. I only have a debit card linked to my account. My co-worker has a debit card linked to his PayPal account and he can buy points just fine, but not me. Now, I've checked the forums a millions times and read that it will accept credit/debit cards (Debit cards that act like credit cards) but I was wondering if it would accept a regular debit card on a Paypal account to purchase points.

Furthermore, if I cannot do this, is there any way to get around it with just a debit card on my PayPal? I'd like to get the points while they're still on sale!

PayPal accounts have to be verified in order to be accepted in the Turbine store. I'm not sure if just having a debit/credit card associated with the account does that. For more information, please see PayPal's website about this, or contact them directly.
