Character Transfer From

Hi, I just wanted to know how long a character transfer from one server to another will take as I applied to transfer my character in Sarlona (Psychogene, Currently Level 13 Cleric) to Kyber as I just started to play the game for the first time after new years and discovered that some of my friends are playing on Kyber. I made the application around 11th January but its been more then a week now.

I read the FAQ and it stated that it takes around 1-2 weeks so I can still wait, but shouldn't there be some confirmation e-mail or message of some sort to first let me know that my application has been sent and second to let me know the progress of the transfer, if it is happening at all? It just feels weird that I get no notice of any kind, so I don't even know if my application got processed. Even an automated response is better then nothing. Anyway all i want is the tranfer to happen 'asap' so I can start playing with my friends !!!

Turn around is 1-2 weeks at this time, the FAQ is correct. There is a confirmation page that appears if the request is successfully submitted, but no email confirmation sent.

However, my little beholder buddy says your request is in the system.
