    Default Problems with DDO Store

    Hello,

    Im a VIP user, if i open the DDO Store and everything i select it says:

    This area of the DDO Store does not contain anything for your character's class and level. New items are always being added to the Store, so check back often.


    Why? Is this a bug? I have Turbine points

    I find its easier to access the store using CTRL+S while logged into a character. If I do it from the character select screen, I get those messages.

    i do it when im loged using CTRL-S and i still get those messages...

    Hello,

    That message will always display in specific areas for VIP members. For example, if you are accessing the Adventure Pack area it will always display as not being available. This is due to all Adventure Packs being unlocked for VIPs automatically.

    Hopefully this helps, if not please post the specific area that you are trying to access.
