Today' Deals charged full price

In short... while in game, open the DDO Store window, click on "Today' Deals", select 1 or more products from that list, proceed to the purchase and only at the end of the process you find out that they charged you the full price and not the discount price. I'd like to see posts of people that found the same issue and had it sorted in any way.
Below is my order... got charged 750tp instead of 600tp.

I did... it took a little more than a week, but got the issue sorted. I want people to know that this kinda issue is just annoying when it happens but the customer support fix it. Thank you.
