1 Level of Bard?

Looking for feedback.
Not looking for WF versus fleshy conversations...
Not too concerned with Epic. But dont want to be useless either.
My playstyle is patient, with a lot of solo encounter.

I figure with the upcoming level respec, I can always zap the level of bard if it is really a mistake for me.

I dont use the Character planner that much and hopefully dont have too many blantant mistakes in here.

I realize being a 3rd incarnate makes this not really the build for everyone.
