The past life feat for a sorceror gives an extra dc for evocation.. it says can be stacked 3 times.. so in order to get the + dc 3 you have to reincarnate 3 times?

yes you do. you can get the past life feat for everything up to 3 times... so you can get completionist and the 3past life for every class making you pretty much highest you can get as far as a lvl 1 goes

It seems to me that the best bang for the buck would be 3 x cleric, 3 x wizard, 1 x sorcerer. Conjuration +3 for crazy sticky webs, and Spell Penetration +6, for the cost of 7 lives.

And doing the 3 clerics first means that the wizards would benefit from the +3 conjuration too, which will rip Niacs in earlier levels as well (an important consideration when you know you'll be running those Niacs levels 4 times).

If you're bored and want 10 lives instead, then 3 x Favored Soul added in gives you +9 Spell Pen total.
