    Default Moving points from Beta to Subscription

    I have opened two tickets within the past month with Account Management (once using the in-game support and once using the ddo.com support) and have not yet had any acknowledgment as to when I can get my beta account closed and have the points from that account moved to my premium account. Is there any way to verify if my tickets are still open or if they even exist?

    I can confirm that we received both requests. Email turn around for the Account Management department right now is about 3 weeks right now, so you'll hear back to the first email when they get to it in the queue.

    Thank you for your timely response. I look forward to the situation being resolved and I feel better being patient about the turn around now that I know it will be looked into shortly.
