Question from new FvS

I haven't found a definitive answer, but does Blade Barrier rely on Wisdom to hit? Or does it simply rely on the enemies reflex save?

I ask this bc if it does not rely on Wisdom, I won't be needing to up my Wisdom....as I am built to mostly heal/buff.

Yes, both.

The enemy takes half damage if they make a reflex save versus 16+your wisdom modifier (simplified).

The higher yer DC(more wisdom raises this) the less yer Opponent will get a Reflex save.
