    Default Help In Nuker Cleric?

Hello, I'm a new player to DDO and I would like to know what a "Nuker Cleric" Is?
What kind of weapons and Armour do they use?

I know this is a very newbie question to some but any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Besides Blade Barrier clerics dont nuke all that well. But you can do bb in armor OR robes!

Equip, the only thing you really want to have is a superior potency weapon or item.

Nuker CLerics use their spells to kill things instead of healing.

Nuker Clerics are very good. They have the only resisted type in the game (light damage), A variety of their damage spells have save-or-suck after effects (ESPECIALLY the 4th level ones), AND they don't have to spend massive amounts of ap to increase their damage since the smiting line covers almost all of their damage spells unlike wizards who have 3 different lines to buy up unless the spec for two elements.

A nuker cleric (aka offensive casting cleric) is not only a healer but a damage dealer through spells, and also accomplished at crowd control. They should focus on pumping up their offensive spells as well as their healing spells, so they can be both a healer and a killer.

A sample build of a 28-point, no tomes used, caster cleric is below:

The feat selection is heavily geared towards your offensive spells, but Maximize and Empower can also be used on all your Cure spells (save for the actual Heal spell). Extend is great for your buffs at lower levels, as well as things like Command, as it'll increase the amount of time mobs sit on their butts. Later on Extend and Quicken are used for your Blade Barriers primarily. You should be taking spells such as Command/Greater Command, Soundburst, Searing Light, Slay Living/Destruction/Implosion, Cometfall, Banishment, Harm and Blade Barrier in addition to your basic buffs (Resist/Protect Energy, Death Ward, Freedom of Movement, True Seeing, etc.) and of course raise spells (Raise Dead/Resurrection/True Res). Clerics get all their healing spells automatically.

Nuker clerics are very well-rounded and can perform a multitude of tasks; you can dispatch mobs before they get a chance to hurt the rest of the party, minimizing the amount you need to heal. They are also great soloing builds.
